Summary

This document presents the findings of a survey/study conducted in Scotland on public attitudes towards care experienced young people. ​ The majority of people in Scotland do not hold negative views about care experienced young people, but there is still a significant minority that hold discriminatory attitudes. ​ The document highlights the factors associated with these attitudes, such as age, education, and beliefs about behavior and parenting abilities. It emphasises the need to challenge negative attitudes and reduce stigma towards care experienced young people. ​
