The Hub will welcome resources that support children and young people in care, leaving care and have left care.

Submitted resources will be reviewed and decided manually by consultants who are working with the Hub’s Steering Group. The consultants will make decisions, using the criteria listed below.

We anticipate that most resources will be accepted but for any that are refused, there will be a letter sent to the person who had submitted the resource, detailing the reason why.

Criteria

Documents submitted should be:

• Relevant and up to date to with current policies (although policies may not be applicable to some resources).
• Beneficial to people and organisations who are supporting / caring for young people.
• Respectful to the individuals concerned.
• From credible organisations and people.
• Contain warnings regards any sensitive or potentially upsetting content.
• Have consent to being shown on the Hub.

Documents should not contain:

• Abusive language, hate speech, discrimination.
